Credit Terms

1. Credit Purchases
Credits are purchased in US dollars and added to your organization's balance. An active subscription is required to purchase and use credits. If your subscription lapses or is canceled, any remaining purchased credits are forfeited. Credits are non-transferable between organizations and have no cash value outside the platform.
2. Subscription Credits
Subscription plans include a monthly credit allocation. These credits are granted at the start of each calendar month. Subscription credits expire at the end of the month in which they are granted and do not roll over. Unused subscription credits are forfeited when they expire.
3. Bonus and Promotional Credits
From time to time we may grant bonus or promotional credits — for example, the bonus credits granted to early adopters. Bonus credits are added to your balance at no charge, behave like purchased credits, and expire one year from the date they are granted (or when your subscription lapses or is canceled, whichever comes first). Promotional offers apply only for the period stated, may change or end at any time, and have no cash value.
4. Credit Usage and Holds
Credits are consumed as you use the Service — for example, the messages you exchange with the agent, the files it analyzes, and the work it performs on your behalf. The amount consumed depends on the AI models used and the length and complexity of your conversations. Credits are consumed on a first-to-expire, first-used basis. When work begins, we may place a hold against your balance to reserve credits for its duration; held credits are not available for other work until the hold is released or the work completes.
5. Expiration
Purchased credits expire 1 year from the date of purchase, or immediately if your subscription lapses or is canceled, whichever comes first. Subscription credits expire at the end of the month in which they are granted. Expired credits are forfeited and cannot be recovered or refunded.
6. Refunds
Subscription credits and credit purchases are non-refundable.
7. Account Termination
If your account or organization is deleted, any remaining credit balance is forfeited. We are not obligated to refund unused credits upon account closure, except as required by law.
8. Disputes
If you believe a credit charge is incorrect, please contact us through the support form in the Service. We will investigate and make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. However, as an experimental platform, the Service may contain bugs that affect credit usage. While we will do our best to make things right, we cannot guarantee resolution of every dispute.
9. Taxes
Applicable taxes are calculated at the time of purchase based on your billing address and added to the total charge. Tax amounts shown before purchase are estimates and may vary.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these credit terms at any time. Changes will not affect credits already purchased under prior terms.
